Today in our series “ZYC Explains” – part 12: The Crescendo.
With the upcoming Finale next week (April 17–18) in mind, we'd like to give you a glimpse into the support format that follows The Contest. The Crescendo is aimed at select prize winners with distinction who are invited by ZYC to take this next step. It offers you hands-on learning in a professional concert setting: together with established musicians, you develop a chamber music program and bring it to performance – in direct exchange, on equal footing, right in the midst of practice. The focus is on collaboration, artistic responsibility, and jointly shaping a concert. The Crescendo sees itself as a deliberate complement to your existing training – intensive, realistic, and inspiring. We look forward to the Finale next week – and to everything that gets to grow afterward.
